Microservice operates in all stages of the optical media production chain, from production to delivery. All of this care results in the guarantee of a product with quality that is compatible with the highest international standards.

Ongoing investments in technology and in the modernization of the industrial park, in addition to training and qualification of the collaborators, are part of the company’s premises. For this reason, our teams are able to offer complete advisory services to our customers, supplying solutions for their needs.

Microservice has a verticalized production process, controlled by specially developed systems that guarantee to the customer the security and the traceability that the project demands.

Before beginning the digital replication (plastic injection molding) and the label printing processes, Microservice performs a detailed analysis of the input media and the cover and label files. For the following stage, which is packaging, the company offers its customers a series of products manufactured by Microservice itself. They include CD bases and CD and DVD cases (licensed by Amaray®), in addition to special cases. The graphic arts material – covers and inserts – are also printed in Microservice’s print shop. When completed, the product continues on for distribution.

Microservice is CDSA certified, a seal offered to companies with strict controls and methods for fighting the practice of piracy.

Pioneers

Microservice was the first CD manufacturer in the southern hemisphere. Optical media production began in 1987, when there were only a few more than ten factories in the world. This initiative is an example of boldness and innovation, which guarantees one more competitive differential to Microservice: experience.
